Tackling poor behaviour within grassroots football – a factor which impacts on the enjoyment of everyone involved in the sport – a persistent challenge.

Although The FA have initiatives and an effective discipline process to address those who behave poorly, we want to make waves to prevent this from happening at all.
We aim to empower our clubs and leagues to take ownership and feel confident to promote the positive and take a strong stance against those who choose to act in an unacceptable way. This safeguards the game and ensures all participants; children, players, referees, volunteers, coaches and club and league officials can enjoy football in the fun, respectful spirit that grassroots football should be.
