We offer to deliver this FREE workshop to clubs and their coaches to empower them to address any issues with behaviour internally, effectively to ensure a zero-tolerance of anyone choosing to behave unacceptably. 

Grassroots football is not a place for poor behaviour. 

This workshop acts to remind club personnel of their responsibilities on matchday to promote positive and safe welcoming environments for all, with the aim to prevent any chance of any issues. NRCFA staff with share strategies and tips on how to deal with poor behaviour should this occur to ensure the club offers the best environment for everyone 

Clubs who have already received this workshop have seen a reduction in charges for parent/spectator behaviour since our visit.

Players Workshop 

An interactive workshop aimed at players around discipline. An explanation of the what in match discipline can mean and raise awareness of what their poor decisions can potentially mean to their football, hopefully giving them an opportunity to reflect and learn about the FA discipline process.
